Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Crevate Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Crevate Technologies provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website development and design
  • Mobile application development
  • Digital marketing services
  • UI/UX design
  • Custom software development
  • Maintenance and support

Project Terms

All projects are governed by a separate project agreement that outlines:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Revision policies
  • Intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit is required before project commencement
  • Payments are to be made according to the agreed milestone schedule
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Client receives ownership of custom-developed materials
  • Third-party licenses remain with their respective owners
  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Crevate Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed up to termination date
  • Completed deliverables are transferred to client upon payment
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
